“Very professional – they know their stuff!
From sports injuries to chronic pain, mental health-related concerns, and everyday aches, our experienced team of physios and allied health experts have seen just about everything.
Whether it’s work-related, a sporting injury, occupational therapy needs, Defence service, pregnancy issues or just life catching up with you, we’re here to help.
We’ll help find the source of your pain, start fixing the issue, and create a personalised physiotherapy treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
So if you’re sick of being in discomfort, book a physiotherapy appointment now and let’s get you back to living pain-free.
We want you to live pain-free, not have to come back every week for a treatment. Our goal is to find the root cause and fix it for good — not just give temporary pain relief to a symptom.
Whilst most clinics use the first 1–2 appointments for discussions, we help you right away. After a brief comprehensive assessment, we begin physiotherapy treatment immediately so you can get relief.
No need to visit multiple clinics, as one of QLD’s largest teams of allied health professionals, we offer physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry and dietetics all in one convenient location.
Our team of highly qualified allied health professionals are passionate about seeing you overcome the physical hurdles that inhibit you from getting the most out of your life.
We are experts at managing pain caused by musculoskeletal conditions, acute health conditions, or injuries related to sport, work, or lifestyle.
Our goal is to treat the source, not just the symptom. It’s more than just fixing pain — it’s about long-term pain relief and living pain-free.
Every person on our team is a highly trained physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, or occupational therapist who can help you work toward a fast, sustainable recovery.
With over 100 reviews and many local partners, we’ve built a reputation for effective results and friendly service.
So if you’re ready to say goodbye to those aches and pains, book an appointment today — we’d love to help you!
We use a wide range of techniques and physiotherapy services depending on what’s best for your situation. Here are some of the most common ones!
This involves shortening and lengthening the muscle under pressure to break up scar tissue and muscle tightness. Think of it as a combo of massage and stretching. It’s extremely effective and satisfying for many musculoskeletal conditions!
Dry needling is fantastic for reaching those hard-to-reach spots. The muscle will often ‘twitch’ to release tension and help with healing. Think of it like a super deep massage — and don’t worry, the needle doesn’t hurt! It’s often used in cases of chronic pain and for injury prevention.
Treatment is satisfying for short-term relief — but unless you fix the root cause, the pain will keep coming back. We’ll give you a series of simple exercises as part of your exercise prescription, designed by an exercise physiologist, to strengthen weak areas and support long-term recovery.
Depending on your needs we also provide cupping, scraping, taping and more. We can also connect you with other health practitioners such as orthopaedics, occupational therapy, or physical aids if needed — especially if you’re an NDIS participant.
